Ok, so i've had to RMA my first product, a monitor that never powered up. Whats the procedure on this after receiving an RMA number, barring everything on their email they send of course. Just take the box to the post office and pay to send it? Also it says a plain box, but i've got none, can i just wrap the box it came in in brown parcel paper and tape or wont OC like it? :(

To be honest, if OCUK sends it you in brown parcel paper then send it back the way it arrived. They can't say it was unfit for transport or incorrect packaging because they've sent it exactly the same way.

Original packaging is the best bet, (if you still have it), though my rma was direct to viewsonic, my vx2025 developed a fault, contacted them on monday, had a brand new screen on wednesday. Amazing customer service, didnt cost me a penny as they collected and delivered free of charge, the replacement screen is still going strong 3 years later on my second rig.
