Quick question about the talking fish from Wind Waker

What's his name?! The one that jumps out of the water and fills in a section of your map?

And does anyone know where I could get hold of a wav/midi of the sound he makes when jumping out of the water.

I dont remember him having a name just the fish.

I don't seem to remember it being the same fish every time so I don't think it had a name of its own. Just random fish that made that "taay!" sound.
