Given the choice would you go with:

BFG 8800 OC 320Mb and a C2D6600

or

BFG 8800 OC 640Mb and a C2D6400

Play games at 1600x1200 dont often use AA or AF never seen the point

Need an answer tonight so can get my order in for Thursday delivery

Cheers

if you dont use AA and AF, then the 320mb would be pleanty and a E6600 would be a bonus for when your not on games...

but if you happend to give the card a challenge with full AA and AF, the 640mb one would have more kick, better stability and performance at that resolution...

theres about a 2 to 15% difference between 320mb and 640mb at 1600x1200 resolution depending on the game you play :) (at full AA and AF that is, hardly any difference without them)

and as for the core2duo, the E6600 with more catche would be better slightly, but you wouldnt notice the difference unless you "recorded" the times exactly for loading a programe with a stop watch which went into nano nano seconds :P

and the E6600 would overclock a bit higher,... but both processors would easy hit 3.3ghz+ if you find a need to go that high lol
