Quick question best gfx in the £70 price range

I have been well out of the loop with GFX cards since the 7800 series. I am looking for a mate and i have no idea what advice to give him.

He has seen a 4670 1gb what are these like? would you recommend something else? He isn't a hardcore gamer, but would like decent frame rates at 1280x1024.

Got around £70 to spend.

As far as i know its going to be used in a Core i7 & 6gb of ram machine he is spec'ing up at the moment.

Thanks neon, If the 4830 is worth the extra then he will stretch it. Would you say its the best value at this price range.

edit: just googled a few reviews and it seems well worth the extra.

Yeah released tomorrow the 4770's, and are replacing the 4830's (they going EOL), so id wait and see what pricings like on them, as cracking cards by all accounts, around 95-96% the performance of the 4850.
