Quick question - current average electricity costs?

Just doing some quick sums about energy expenditure. Don't have any bills to hand, and in any case we're on a really complicated payment structure (student house).

What's the average £ per KWH for electricity in SE England?

13.5p per kw in newcastle not south and probably far from the best u can get

On british gas online saver in the southeast and averages about 16p / KWh on a 2 tier tariff. Can't remember the exact amounts but it's something like 21p for the first 200 units a month and 13p for the rest

edit: okay 24.3p for the first 60KWh and 11.6p for the rest

npower, standard tariff, according to my latest bill. first 180 at 16.300p, then 12.750p after that.

EDF Fixed Saver V2 (til Sept 2012)

South East:
Daily charge: 28.60p
Per kWh: 9.44p
