Was looking at building a small server - happen to have an old p4 3ghz socket 478 with cpu cooler and just rma'd 4gb of ddr2 1066 memory - though dont have a motherboard
the only motherboard that supports ddr2 and socket 478 seems (others?) to be this asrock: http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=P4i945GC
so my question is: will the 1066 memory run in the motherboard at 667? or will it just fail to recognise it?
thanks
