Quick question for Abit IP35 users

Do you have an option to control the NB Strap in the BIOS?

If so, could you do me a favor and see if it changes the "Performance Level" in MemSet?

If not, does it automatically change the strap depending on the FSB?

at least on the IP35 Pro it's linked with the CPU : DRAM ratio
1333 strap 1:1, 1:1.2
1066 strap 1:1.25, 1:1.5
800 strap 1:1.66, 1:2.0

So you're saying you have no option to control the strap. i.e. the board changes the strap depending on the CPU:RAM ratio?

you can't change the strap separate to the CPU : DRAM ratio but if you know the above info then you can choose which strap that you want to use by selecting an appropriate ratio.
Obviously the looser strap settings are on the lower ratios because those are the ones that people going for higher fsb will be using (probably RAM limited).
