Quick Question for AMD/Nvidia user

Quick Question

1. Does Nvidia Cards 780/780TI, have a feature like zero core technology? where the fan goes completely off?

2. now on my 7990 if i turn my main screen off my 3 other monitors also go off (black screen), on Nvidia the main screen can go off & other stay on. is it possible to make this work on AMD

depending on these answers i have chosen my next card side, So be careful

its tough indeed Pgi,
i kinda want Nvidia for witcher 3 & to try Nvidia again.

some of the offers on AMD never settle i want to, like sniper elite 3
still waiting on my refund from Gigabyte so got some time to figure it out.

if i was to go Nvidia it would have to be a 4gb+ card so titan black...

i always have 4 Monitors connected only Game on one.

Main: 2560x1080
2# 1920x1080
3# 1920x1080
4# 1920x1080

But certainly looking at 4k! not to max new games but, to play old games on.

the titan is cheaper than 700
