Quick question for the batch file boffins

I need a quick batch file to list the contents of a directory including sub folders and all files. I cant for the life of me remember the switches so can someone fill in the gaps please

 Dir c:\music /s >filename.txt

If you want more switches for dir open CMD and type dir /? to give you a list
