Quick question for those with Creators Update and a VPN

What icon do you have in the bottom right hand corner when connected to VPN?

Prior to CU, If I was connected to VPN (over wireless) I would see a computer screen. Now, connected to VPN over WiFi, I see the usual WiFi signal bars icon.

Just wondering if that's expected behaviour

Same here. Annoying.

Although at least they've let you connect from that menu as opposed to going to VPN settings!

Dammit. Queue a thousand confused users...."my vpn isn't connected".....I could connect to the VPN before from that menu. The VPN showed at the top of the list and you'd just tap it.

I couldn't, you'd tap it and it would open the VPN control panel box and you click connect.

odd, i get a computer.
am using vpn software rather than the built in one though, so m\ybe hats the difference.

Aye, this is slightly annoying. While I appreciate now being able to connect from the taskbar I miss the icon changing as it's easy to forget that I'm connected.
