Quick question: how long does it take to recieve a new car?

depends if it has to be made, or if they're taking it from stock

surely the dealer told you?
or did he just laugh when you bought a brand new KA? :o
 
Not bought one! just thinking about it with my GF and researching different things. She has her heart set on gettin one so no chance of changing her mind!
 
if it's a boggo one then you can probably get a sizeable discout from a pre-registered one

or, if you want it brand new then they will no doubt have the one you want sitting in an airfield somewhere, so you shouldn't have to wait too long ;)
 
The Fiesta and KA are so alike she cannot possibly turn around and say she doesn't like the Fiesta. If she mentions size then it's ovary punch time I'm afraid.

Why not just buy pre-reg and save the money without having to hand over the old car?
 
Why spend 8k on a car only to get a base model one.

Mind boggles.

At least use the money saved via scrappage to add some nice bits on OR use the scrappage money to bridge the gap between the Fiesta and the KA? It's a 2k difference and the Fiesta is SO much better.

Well if she does get one do NOT get the 'Studio' version (base model)
You cant even have colour coded door handles, no remote central locking, no electric windows... etc etc.
 
Well she wants elecric windows n stuff so would prob be the style. Like i said, only researching at the mo so not definite.

Tell her that you have your heart set on an 18 year old blonde with double D chest, £32 million in the bank, and a lust for dirty in the bedroom, but you've chosen to look at things with a modicum of common sense.
 
Does your GF have a habit of coming back from shopping with stuff she doesn't particularly want or need because it had 10% off?

At my age, faced with that possibility, I would forego common sense forever!

She doesnt even need the £32mil
