Quick question-Legality?

Is it legally permissible to tow an un-taxed/un-MOT'd/un-insured vehicle with a dolly/A-frame?

Or does it have to be completly off the ground on a trailer?

Yes needs to be road legal for an A-frame

You can't do it legally unless you're willing to fit a system to operate the car's brakes.

Only otherwise permitted for getting a broken-down vehicle to a safe place.
