I know a thread should probably exists for these type of questions but I a bit pressed for time.
The gf wants my gaming consoles out of the livingroom so I'm setting it up in one of the spare bedrooms. This means I need a new TV to go with it.
Been playing on a Sony 55' LED and the quality is great. Alas this is staying in the livingroom.
Now, been browsing through a few 2nd hand sites and stumbled upon a
JVC HD-Z70RX5
That's a 70 inch LCD rear projection screen. If CNET is to be believed, it was 9k new. Aussie dollars that is for some reason. It looks like I'll be able to pick it up for £350.
The question is, would it play nice as a PS4 dedicated TV. Will be used 95% of the time for games and only very rarely for movies.
Any thoughts?
