am at work at moment so cant check.

i have a freezer 64 pro for my amd chip, but it wont fit in my htpc case when i move this pc into it.

does the freezer64 come with all the adapters to run on an intel rig as well or will i have to buy a new cooler for that rig <shame if so>

(am guessing not due to the name freezer64 :( )

You have guessed right. It's basically the same cooler but with different fittings which is why you have the Freezer 64 Pro for amd rigs and Freezer 7 Pro for Intel rigs. New cooler time.

cheers..

wow am impressed with the speed of help on this forum - even if its not the answer i wanted ;)

that along with my scythe ninja mini, am spending more on cooling than i wanted.

bring back the days of my old ibm blue lightning 486 dx3 75 which simply had a passive heatsink the size of a 20p piece and was about 1cm tall.

CR@P PC mind you!.
