Hi Guys

I have a 3090ti installed in my system

I also have a 24GB Nvidia Quadro P600 professional graphics card

All I want to do is test the card but as this is a GTX era Pascal card

Do I really need to uninstall my RTX drivers and install the professional studio drivers to test this card?

All i want to see if a video image is received and if it benches or at least runs on a PC game

I mean i can just plug in and play, pull out the RTX 3090ti and just wack in the P6000 without going thru the software stuff

Cheers guys

In theory what you could do is spin up a VM to test the card with the professional drivers inside the VM. You'll need to pass the card through to the VM. But I've never tried it, so cannot guarantee success.

A virtual machine, where you run another OS in your main OS and install different drivers to compare the results.
oh i see, I use to do that with linux a few years ago

I just went hardcore, pulled out the 3090

Popped in the P6000 and away its goes

not sure if gaming will crash lol letz see, i'll start up Forza Horizon 5 now...
