Hi folks,

Looking to build a pc case for this, so wanting to be certain before I screw something up!

I can't seem to find any front panel connectors with more than one USB C port (assume this is because most motherboards don't support more, but be delighted if someone can point me to any!)

However the X670E Proart that I've got appears to have more than one:

Is my understanding correct here that I could have 2 x USB C and 3 x USB 2 headers? Ie run two cables from from the USB MB ports to the respective USB C sockets that I'd install to the case.

From what I can see in the manual: it has 1x USB-C header, 1x USB 3. header and 3x USB 2, so the answer appears to be no.

Ah ok, so if I follow it, then I could have 2x USB 3.2, but one would be C and the other would be traditional USB?? (I've lost the plot with the bonkers USB nomenclature!)

  1. 1 x USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C® front-panel connector with 60W Quick Charge 4+
  2. 1 x USB 3.2 Gen 1 front-panel header
