Quick question on sending back the IPhone in trade in via UPS

Can I just take it to a drop off point? Or do I need to go to UPS website to submit something first?

I know you can submit a collection but it’s probably more convenient for me to just drop it off at the local drop off point.

What do you guys normally do?

I've always booked a collection. My UPS guy knows now that if he's picking anything up from me, he's going to have to pose with the item for a photograph

I started doing it during lockdown for proof - Couriers were just dropping stuff at your door and taking a picture for proof they'd dropped it off so I figured I'd do the same thing in reverse if they collected something.

I guess i will do the same. I have tomorrow off anyway.
