That depends on what graphics card the VRAM is attached to and the rest of the system specification.

Probably. I don't see many DX11 cards to have less than 1GB vram, so I assume it'll be for DX9/DX10 mode right?

Yeah this is a 4870, with a Phenom II 940 @3.5Ghz
