Quick question :P

Yo, just a quick question from me. Basically wondering if I bought a couple of new fans for me case and install them would they be running at its stated speeds or be defaulted to a value by the mobo? (Abit IP35)

For e.g. if I was to get a couple of these would it be running at its stated 1400rpm or be changed?, if changed then I guess id have to go into the bios and fiddle around?

They would run at what your default setting for the port you plug the fan into, and
like you said, go into the BIOS and setup the settings you want or buy and fan speed controller and manualy adjust the fan.

If they come with a 4 pin molex connector then you can just run them off that and they will run at full speed, however if not or you prefer to connect to the mobo then you should be able to set the speed in the bios (on my IP35 Pro IIRC its done as an operating percentage ie. run fan at 80-100%)
