Quick question! RAID 1+0

I know this will sound stupid so bare with me!

On our HP P410i Smart Array we have two physical disks and would like to Mirror them. Only thing is I have no RAID 1 option only RAID 1+0.

Is this correct? As I only have two drives it will just be like RAID 1 right?

Is ILO not playing ball?

I've always found ILO Image uploader to be great.

Do you get problems with the ILO front end though?

I have hooked up a crappy P3 with a serial so that I can restart the ILO with terra term

It was the stupid .ISO not playing ball in the end, had to recreate it and upload it only took an hour tho

p.s I hate Java with passion lol

If you have 2 disks and it wants to do RAID 1+0, i imagine it thinks that each disk is a RAID 0 volume with just that disk in it, and it is mirroring (1'ing) the 2 single drive RAID volumes.

But i agree with a poster above, silly smart array
