quick question RE ISP logins

Right folks,

Having major trouble getting broadband setup at home due to the ex owner having a wanadoo account that still seems to be active even thought they say they have cancelled it.

Now i used virgin at both my house and the g/fs, and on occasion i had to use my login info from my house at her house, and it worked.

If i took my PC and new router round to the new house, would i be able to use her virgin login and get online even though the ISP linked to the house is with wanadoo and not virgin?

I know its a long shot but worth a try :)
 
well thats what i figured, but thought it was worth checking!

This means ive got to get the old owners to phone wanadoo and get their account cancelled instantly from the line so i can get my ISP set up.

Wanadoo cant do anything for me even though im the registered owner of the house and line!! Bloody ridiculous! I bet its going to take bloody ages!
