Quick question regarding 8800GTS 512

At the moment I'm using a 8800GTS 640MB, which has 320-bit memory. The 512MB version features higher stream processors and clock speeds but only 256-bit memory, meaning the 640MB may be better for higher resolutions with anti-aliasing enabled. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Hmm yes I was looking at that when waiting for replies, it pretty much instantly convinced me that an 8800GTS was worth the buy - was looking for some personal feedback really though.

I can't help much as I went from a 7800 GTX to a 8800 512 GTS - the difference was amazing.
