Quick Question Regarding Blogs

Hey guys

been thinking of starting my own blog as i have a hell of a lot to write about and would like to be able to write it all down for people to see hehe

So whats the best blog site out there (free of course :p)

looking at blogger.com

but is there anything better?

I did do a search of the forums but didnt really find anything

Use a piece of paper old school style

ah i would use an old school diary

but my handwriting is so bad i can barely read it myself, so woulda be sorta naff

Don't use myspace or livejournal, they're terrible. Wordpress have launched a hosted version of their software which, if its half as good as the downloadable software it'll kick ass. Go for that, or if you must - Blogger looks alright.

Just occured to me that a blog would be a fantastic way to do a plan and record of procedure for disserations and personal studies. Pity I didn't do that earlier, got to somehow make up how I have done so much work over the past year instead of thrash it in a month....

I didn't know about that. I agree though, if the hosted is as good as the software than that would be the way to go.

i was going to post, then i realised that i didnt have anything constructive/relevant to say. so i didnt.

It's a standard Wordpress install with the K9 plugin, all I've done (so far) is change the banner to a photo I took in LA :)
