QUick question regarding bundles

Hi, Im just looking for a cheap project and i saw how much the celeron processor can be overclocked, i was just wondering if 3-3.2ghz can be hit with this bundle :

Im planning on adding an Akasa AK-965 just for better temperature control too, do you think it would hit 3.2ghz ish with this bundle?

Im not sure either, didnt want to spend much more, from what ive read it can hit around 3 on the stock cooler, its based on the c2d's so it can overclock just as well, or so ive read, then on aftermarket cooling i hear it can hit up to 3.4, but 3.0 would be enough for me, seems strange doubling the FSB, but in articles ive seen that 3.0 is quite acheivable, id probably get northbridge and ram coolers on it if the temperatures were a little high.

any more comments?
