Quick question, which of the 2 PSUs is better?

i know to several 620s that have failed so my usual confidence in the corsairs has droped, running a tagan at the mo
plus corsair rma is an issue

I've had two dead Hipers in the past, both I had to pay for a new one. Both also died just after 1yrs use.

Corsair, I've had one die once after 4yrs almost constant use and I sent it off for a free new one under there 5yr Warranty scheme with no fuss at all. Got a brand new one back.

Due to there great support (who else gives you a new PSU after 4yrs use) I will be a customer of theres for life!
You can't beat Corsair IMHO for Quality, Low Noise & Service Warranty - Just no fancy blue lights or anything.

I'm guessing they got a no fuss brand new one then if within 5yrs?
As I say above my 620 lasted me 4yrs of almost constant use day in and out without even a surge adapter (Which I now use as I knew that blew the last one with a spike in the mains - but Corsair still replaced it for me freee of charge)

Corsair all the way.

I had a HX620 that took out the cpu+mobo+ram lol(was not laughing them) but got them all replaced as they were still under warrenty. Corsair is one of the top selling PSU manufacture's so like anything else you get a bad batch now and again.

Just built a i7 rig(see sig) using a HX850, and by the way the PC which had the blown PSU is still going to this day its on about 12HRs aday using the replacement HX620. For good measure built another PC using a HX620 also, you can't beat Corsair for quality ;). Why be put off because of one bad experience!!
