Will this bundle...

work with this PSU.

I'll only be running a single 7950GTX. Dog attacked my PC's watercooling last night, pulled the hose coming off the CPU block, while PC was on, fried the lot.

Air Cooling from now on for me I think.

Keep the side on the case.

Don't see why not, the 580W is a poweful PSU, mine is running an AMD AM2 4600+, 3 320GB Seagate HDDs, an X1950XT, 3 case fans, 2x DVD RW, 1 fan controller/multifunction box, Tv capture card, Sounfbaslter Audigy 2 ZS platinum (ith breakout box)...and a mobo and some ram.
