Daz

Also if you dont recomend ANY! what cad would you buy with a £200 budget?

The sapphire. XT won't give a massive performance boost. The sapphire will run any game maxed out on decent res :)

£200 budget is inc of postage....the 8800 is a monster card i agree...

so it realy down to 2 then.....

HIS 512 or Saphie 512.. i thought XT card were like the next level up fom pro?

that why is asked if a 256mb XT would be better than a 512mb Pro?

Thanks

Daz

£209 for a 320mb model?? If you look around you probs could get the 640 model for like only £20 more.

if you have 200 sheets you'd be a fool to not wait a little longer to save/beg/borrow/steal the extra few quids for the 8800gts. i have an x1950pro so i certainly have nothing against them but the 8800gts is in another league. :D

Unless you need a graphics card right now I'd wait for R600 to see what their £200~ range is like. It'll most likely beat the 8800GTSs. If nothing else nVidia will drop their prices.

I have been looking at video card for the last 2 weeks....

SO I HOPE YOU LOT ARE RIGHT!!!.....

Just ordered a EVGA GeForce 8800 GTS SuperClocked 320MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail.......................

Cant wait now!!!

Daz
