If its a standard ATX then you can get away with almost anything, as long as it fits... If its one of those dippy Packard Bell things then you may be better off buying a whole new case...
Of course, there are so many Packard bell PCs that are not 100% ATX compatible and this will also mean that you will waste money on a case that you cannot use, so check that out first.
To be honest, 4 years old and a packard bell is 2 wrongs and they dont make a right, so ditch it and start again is another option???
