Is it ok to put like, lets say, tape or cable tidiers in your PC Case to hold wires together and tidy your case up or is it dangerous, or do you need some special thing to do it.

you need a sheriff's badge to put tape or cable ties in your pc! 
nah seriously its fine, only thing i would maybe be concerned with the aftermath of sticky tape being on wires/cases for so long, it leaves a nice sticky mess
cable ties are better but cost more.
