Our ancient epson printer is now very much showing its age and we're in need of a new one.

Whats the best bet for under £100 that'd do well as an all-round printer (Photos/word docs ... etc)

I'm thinking the Canon Pixma iP5300 Printer @ £98

Really depends on wether u wanna save ££ by using compatible inks. Id go for the Epson Stylus Phot R240, cracking printer and should be easily got for -£80 ish.

Cheers mate, went for the R240 as it was half the price nearly of the canon one, and even when I added some extra cartridges and a usb 2.0 cable it was still less
