Quick Question

Ive just got my new PC, e6400, 2gb, 8800GTS,

Im on 32bit, it was prebuilt so thats all they had, i would have prefered 64 bit though.

But does this mean in the future i will be limited? or should i be ok, i know you need 64bit to get 4gb ram, but im not planning on that for a while.

Sorry but i didnt understand what your asking. You bought a prebuilt computer with Vista 32 Bit installed? Is this correct?

yes, just wondering is 64bit the way to go, or will 32bit be ok, because i thought you got better performance on 32bit.

Basically, There isnt as many 64 bit drivers and some applications/games dont work at the moment. 32 is the best option at the moment unless you know that the applications drivers you need work for 64 bit vista and are available.

Theres quite a few threads which will tell you which work for 64 bit now.

You will be happy with Vista 32 so no need to worry!
