How do i find out my computers IP Address ?

Open a DOS window (Start -> Run -> Type in 'cmd')

Then type in 'ipconfig'

Just to add to the above. ipconfig will only tell you the IP address which is assigned to the PC itself, this may not be the address which is connected to the internet. If you are behind a router then your PC will probably have a private range IP starting with 192 which is only accessible on your local LAN.

To discover your external address you'll either have to check your router's status page or use something like http://whatismyip.org
