My friend thinks his graphics card is borked. He has an ATI 1950XT-X, and he has asked me if he could try it in my computer as I am running a HiS X1900XT-X. Would it be possible to just swap the cards around in order to test on my system, or would I have to uninstall the drivers, add the borked card then install drivers?

Just swap the cards round, if anything needs done Windows will prompt. It shouldn't though since you are swapping like for like, the only difference being the cooler on the card. :)
