quick question

My mates pc won't boot properly.
when turned on it shows all the boot options but no matter which I choose it just starts to load then takes us back to the boot options again!

Any ideas?

When you say "it starts to load"...

how far does it get, and does it reboot?

It goes from the start to a black screen with the boot options. Then whichever option you select it moves forward for about 5 seconds and then just gives him the boot options page again!
