I have heard that the 5200+ can hit about 3.4 Link

But i can't find on google the temps chart for Max Temp, i been hitting 47 on my at 3GHZ at the momment, just wondering how much more i can push ??

I go by old rule of thumb unless you get specs of AMD site (Intel new CPU's are 65C MAX), try keep it at or bellow 55C, after that it will run but may be unstable at same clocks as a lower temps or need more volts to do same clock as lower temps.

theres not much on there, just says i've got the 89 watt version.
not sure what that means !

They normally list MAX safe operating TEMP, same as Intel do, try datasheet or .PDF.

hmmm well it says 1.3 - 1.35 on volts ( ooops all ready at 1.49 )
and the temp say 55 - 70 ???

So i take it at 55 she starts to get a bit wobbley and then get worce till she cooks ??

Under stree i'm now at 45, all windows open !
