Hi long story short i parked up in local mall paid the parking fee (60p) went back to car put keys and coin chip on dash loaded baby wife and shoping into car to find out ive lost the coin chip some how :confused:


so reported it lost to parking people who was not able to take my card for payment and as i had no lose change on me let me out and gave me a invoice for a whole days parking and said to bring it in next time and pay up

they have my address and car reg but i was wondering if i have to pay or can i just fob it off ? its not a parking ticket like the council give you and they never gave a time scale to pay it :D

If there isn't a next time then you won't have to pay.
 
no the 60p was for my 43mins of parking up

the fine/charge is £7.50 i know not a lot and i will pay in about a week or two but i know if you get parking tickets that are not from the police/council then theres nothing the other party can do to make you pay wondering if this was the case here
 
If you don't pay the £7.50 (You lost the ticket, so you're own fault) and Bailiffs get involved that £7.50 could easily cost you £150 or more, this is the UK remember.
