Hi, mother is wanting to change broadband, the one she chosen has 40GB upload/dl cap, im a heavy gamer and when aoc comes out am going hardcore, i can live without the downloads but will i get anywhere near 40gb a month for 6+hours per day probably around 8-12hours

Go outside, see the world, fall in love, do something great, be remembered, experience stuffs..

think how much more you'll do and see, PLUS get a decent night's sleep, if only you put the game down every now and then.

I'm only saying it as i'm concerned for your health and general well being.

do the maths:

assuming the game uses a solid 20K of data (my last data point is Q3 at around less than 10K a sec I think)

then 20K * 60 secs ina a min * 60 mins in an hour * 8 hours per day * 30 days per month = 17280000K which is equal to ~16.5GB.

then you can work out if you'll be under your limit
