Quick question...

My new system is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, but shows as " In our warehouse queue"...should I be concerned, surely it should have been sent by now, or could it just be that it hasn't updated?

Is this with "free shipping". Just that i put a small order in on the 11th (1st time using free shipping) and its still in warehouse queue.
Not impressed so far.

come on guy's its free shipping because you're a forum member, you can't hold anything against them for getting special treatment. If you wanted it sooner then you could have paid...

Depends what time you ordered. Next day shipping cut-off is around 4pm with OCUK.

Ordered wednesday night, paid £20.50 for saturday delivery, messaged ocuk yesterday to ensure saturday delivery, was assured it would be despatched today and arrive tomorrow, just expected the order status to have changed by now.

Yea, was gonna edit out the last bit.
Its just that i used this as a tester to see if its different to paid postage and making sure someone is in when its delivered.

Ah well, just woke up and it says the same thing, still in warehouse queue, guess i'm not getting my system today

Very frustrating as it is both a big birthday present for tomorrow and also had to take a day off work to ensure i'd be in for delivery today.
