If you look on their site they do say you can customise components in their system builds, best thing is to find one of the preconfigured ones closest to what you want then ring and ask about the ammendments
re speed/noise it all depends on the components you choose
edit: you need to set up an online account with someone such as photobucket, then print screen, paste it into paint then upload it via the "photobucket" type site, it then give you the URL/IMG code to paste into your thread
