Wireless Keyboard Yes- 2.4GHz
Wireless Mouse Yes- 2.4GHz

Mean it is bluetooth or have i got it wrong??

thats the wireless frequency meaning its wireless not bluetooth

bluetooth is a (wireless) comms device normal used to connect mobile phone to other devices

So how do you know which ones are bluetooth?

The benefit of bluetooth is being able to use any peripherals on laptops for example without using a dongle.
Also you would be supplied with a bluetooth dongle which I assume you would use with your desktop, I assume this would also open up the ability to use bluetooth with other devices such as mobilephones etc (please correct me if I am wrong)

Well the trouble i have is the mouse and keyboard need to be away and higher than the base unit, So im needin something better than my other wireless keyboard and mouse i had a year or so ago which unless it was directly inline it would not work porperly.
Also the Keyboard and mouse will be at least a metre away.
