Quick question.

Hi all, Im currantly running a i5 750 at 3.8ghz, 4 gb XMS3, 80gb Intel SSD.

Now the question, I was running 2xATI5770 in crossfire. Due to me being a nice bloke and wanting to upgrade I gave a 5770 to a mate. SO atm I running 1x 5770. I play a lot of FC2, BF2R, BFBC2 and looking into ArmA2 Op Arrowhead.

I am looking at either the ATI 6850 £144.98

or the Nvidia 460 for £151.99

I know 2x5770 are as good as a 5850 but im assuming the drivers are doing good things for the 6xxx series compared too 2 old 5xxx series cards. As for Nvidia I havent had one of them since my old 8800GTX.

thoughts please.

The 5870 will trash the 6850 for little difference in price. I wouldn't bother with the 460 when theres the 5870.

The 5870 looks awsome and is a couple of quid more than the 6850 for a lot better results.
