Pretty much I'm buying this soon - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-195-OE&groupid=43&catid=2040&subcat=1892

The only thing I'm unsure about is the - Power Supply: OCZ ZS 550w PSU

I don't really know a lot about pc's tbh but that doesn't seem like a lot :/ The other pre-built pc i was going to buy was slightly worse than this but had a 650w.

That's a correct wattage value psu to put for that spec.

That computer should be about 160W idle and an absolute maximum during stress testing of 400W.

550W is fine.

It's good to have a margin for any future upgrades or PSU degrading but too much of a margin and you're just wasting money on the PSU.

If a second graphics card is added you would want a higher wattage power supply.
