Hello,
I need to change my PSU, the fan in spinning at full speed even without anything connected to the PSU and it drives me crazy. I have a quick question. I have an old PSU lying around, it's Cougar BS-450 watt and I'm wondering if it's gonna be enough to power up my pc.
Pc specs,
AMD RYZEN 5 3600
Zotac GTX 1660 SUPER
Motherboard Gigabyte 450M
2x8gb Vulcan ddr4
Seagate 250gb SSD

For some reason my previous PSU was 850 watt, Kolink KL850-M. Someone, long time ago told me on this forum that it was a bad one.
Will the 450 be enough or better not to try it so it doesn't break anything.

Thanks for you help.

Both are poor Quality Psu If you value your pc buy a quality unit .

As for your question the 450w psu is enough but risky due to quality. .
