Quick questions on order process

I though I had placed an ordeer earlier, but have not received an email and it does not show in my oustanding orders. Everything that was in my basket is still there.

Does this likely mean that something did not go right?

I was in a rush when doing it, so might have missed any messages at end.
 
I realised my mistake. In my rush, I didn't do the last page which confirms password for card. Oh well, done now.

What's up with people..

You're right, but no need to sound so uptight over it. It was only a simple query, and if I was running out of time to place the order, then I would have phoned them. as it stood, I had plenty of time.
