Quick RAM question

My system currently has the RAM shown in sig, a friend of mine has gifted me some OCZ 4GB (2 x 2GB) PC2-6400C5 Dual Channel Vista Gold Series DDR2 (OCZ2G8004GK). Now, if I install the new RAM in to my system with 2 sticks of the old stuff will Vista 64bit see all 6GB of RAM??

Vista 64-bit can see it, but your mobo may require a bios update. hth
