Hello, i was going to upgrade my RAM and was wondering what to look out for in choosing the correct RAM for my computer. I was told by overclockers when i bought it, it would handle 8gb no problems. When i try that crucial scanner on my comp it brings up 8GB Kit (4GBx2), 240-pin DIMM, DDR3 PC3-10600 memory module. But i was looking to buy a brand name. Anyone any links to reasonably priced sites that would match the above? Thanks

Search for G.Skill/Corsair memories.

Always look for more modules as possible, so you can use Dual/Triple/Quad channel.
Low voltage (1.5V or less, preferable 1.35V)
Low Timings (The standard is 9.9.9.24, anything below that is considered low.)
If possible a good heat sink, for easier overclock.

The motherboard only has 2 RAM slots.

Even if the motherboard had 4 slots Triple or Quad channel isn't possible as the processor has a dual channel memory controller.
