quick recommendation needed, cheap indoor aerial

can anyone suggest a good, cheap indoor aerial?
My brother-in-law needs one for saturday, so it needs to be something I can pickup around town.

I was thinking something like the Thomson Indoor Antenna from one of the big chain stores.

I don't think he's going to have a socket spare for an amplified one, as he needs it to take into work (I'll be supplying him with a goodly length of aerial cable as well).

Tesla, unfortunately it's got to be able to be taken into his work (which is why he needs one), and whilst it seems his bosses are ok with a small TV and portable aerial I doubt they'll approve of a larger ones
