I want a quick release adapter so I can quickly swap my monitor between a permanent stand at home and the standard small stand for travel. It would also aid in fast packing of travel gear in a rush.
I've been looking at 2 different adapters, the 'HP LCD Monitor Quick Release Mount' and the 'ERGOTRON Quick Release Bracket', but can someone tell me if either of these or any other quick release adapters would support swivelling a monitor to portrait position?
I haven't included links to either adapter because I'm uncertain about whether we are allowed to link outside of overclockers...
