quick rift stating question (steam)

just brought and downloaded this from steam

i already have an account as i tried the beta, so do i just use that account, put cd-key in and access my first month of play?

think you will need to enter the key on your trion account management webpage. - https://account.riftgame.com

Not sure where the key is shown in steam because I bought a boxed copy.

Then you should be able to just launch the game and sign in with that account.

If that fails that a quick email/call to trion support will set you on your way.
