So i filled out a web note and got an email with instructions just double checking:

Put all bits back in box and place box in a plain brown box
Label the RMA number on at least two sides of the plain brown box
Pay to deliver it to OCUK
Get a new one sent back if confirmed faulty :)?

Thats all that need to be done, once you receive your RMA number label up the box and send it to the supplied address, they only really want the actual object that faulty so if its either a motherboard or graphics card, just the product and none of the accessories, you could just wrap the original box in brown paper if its easier

If the questionable item is part of a bundle (CPU/RAM/mobo), they may ask for the entire bundle back. That's what happened to me when I had a bundle that couldn't complete the POST checks.

when i recently RMAd my graphics card they wanted all the parts in the box , wasnt much fuss as i hadnt taken some of them out :P

well if its new i.e you bought it a few days agothe nput all the parts in the box. it said in my email only if the item is over 30 days old then just post the product only and no other items
